This is fabulous! I loved the relationship between Krycek and Skinner. Jimmy the Jealous Lover was well done and his dismissal was done well. The AU aspect was fleshed out nicely. The whole idea of the Resistance and Krycek's relationship to it is something that makes sense. Your story is so good that I wanted it to go on and on. The Krycek/Skinner pairing is my favorite X-Files pair. Your story did justice to the boys. Brava!!
