    I boo'ed when I reached the end.

I like this; the pacing is nice and realistic. I love the details and can't wait to literally see Sherlock change our doctor and visa versa. I can't sign in but my name here is my username.

Overall well written- interesting that you decided that Johanna would be faster on the uptake than John was- I wonder if there was a specific reason for that, a goal towards which this was intended to aid?

In any event, an excellent reinterpretation. I quite like Johanna's internal monologue and exposition.

I absolutely adore this story. You have made your version of Watson a quite believable female and I do like your way of incorporating Mr Gatiss' and Mr Moffet's work while adding your own. I adored the scene between Johanna and Mycroft and her reaction to his invasion of her privacy. I believe that you have portrayed the SERIOUS miscalculation that Holmes the Elder made with a military trained physician responding to the violation of the patient-doctor priviledge and the invasion of her home, however new that it is. Speaking as a woman myself, I cannot say that I would have done anything differently in her place. The female of the species is always more dangerous than the male when provoked-and goodness knows that he provoked her!

Your characters are engaging and lacking in the one-dimensionable aspect that a fan fict can fall into. You are also keeping to the spirit of this newest incarnation of the Great Dectective. Please keep going.
