So very opinion and heartbreakingly real. There is a reason they say war is hell. I loved the way you interspersed the intensely intimate with the memories of his regeneration. Lessen the darkness of a war torn soul, with times of joy. Wonderfully done.

What a beautiful fic. I could just imagine Rose saying the 'marathon man' line. It just seemed so in character. I hope you are thinking of writing more Rose/Nine fics, i'll certainly be looking forward to it, if you do :o)
