Great fic! I liked the narrative style, it was a bit different but really worked well for this. Plus - poor Tom! I'm glad he stood up to Chakotay (that's my cruel side speaking! Lol.), Chakotay should grovel now. Hehehe.

The third chapter is the best so far. I love how Tom is getting stronger ans pulling himself out of that relationship. I can't wait for the next part. I'd like to hear Chakotay's explanation as to why he's been such an ass! Though I can't think of anything that would make me suggest they should get back together....hmmm....something to ponder.... Anyway, update soon! Thanks!
