This is the first Smallville fic I've read because, well, I hate Smallville, but whether or not the show is good tends to have very little to do with how good the fic is...and Lex is hot. So here I am and I LOVE this story! It's very clever and intelligent and whether or not it is medically accurate, I don't know, but it sounds it, which is the important thing. Very plausible.

So thank you for writing it, I very much enjoyed it! Of course now I have to keep an eye out for updates in the Smallville section. That might be a pain in my ass, but I'll survive.
