I think the story idea is very good. A horrible place to leave off! :-) However, at this point, I feel like the jumping around in time and space leaves more questions than answers. I think you have done a good job creating your character, but I still have a lot of questions with her. This could also be that I have not watched the series in quite some time.
Anyway, I hope you will finish the story and continue to revise!
