Two words: Love! It!
Okay, where to begin? Firstly, I loved the Janeway/Kashyk storyline. Awesome. Then, the Janeway/Chakotay dynamic. ALWAYS good! *vigorous nod* And then... well... everything was very much in character and just well-written overall. And did i mention teh hotness? yeah. twas hotness. bravo!
