I really enjoyed "Combat Support," just as I have others of your stories. I'm a very picky reader, and the only thing I didn't much care for in this story was the use of the word "snatch." You have a good grasp of the English language, and there are so many other euphemisms for the female sex I really wish you'd one of those instead. However, that's just a personal peeve, and I don't mean to denigrate your story. You did a good job with the characterization; I can honestly see that happening despite Bob's love for Kim. Having known a number of military people, I can also say it /has/ happened. Something changes a person when they see combat, and I think you showed that very well.

Thanks for another great read. I hope you do more UNIT stories; I'd particularly like seeing one with Mack or Jonas. :) Take care!
