Once again, a very enjoyable read.
You did a good job on the Meredith/Isobel dialogue, it sounded pretty natural.
I also liked Izzie's exhibitionistic streak, which she also had on the show (although unfortunately they couldn't show Izzie's bare titties on a network show).
The amount of spanking you mention seems somewhat unrealistic, though. Giving someone a hundred spanks is hard enough on your hands; two hundred spanks would definitely too much for Meredith soft hands (she would've probably switched to a hairbrush halfway thru the first hundred).
3600 spanks is just impossible - for Izzie's hand and Meredith's cute little ass.
In this case it seems more logical to go for a sterner punishment instead of longer: maybe a bit of titty/pussy spanking/whipping will teach Mere to NEVER stand Isobel Steven up for a date.
