This was a tough read for me. Not in a bad way, in a good way. I though that the descriptions that you used to set up the mood for Jade in this was kind of dark, but well placed. I like the idea of using the characters and giving them more depth then what we would know about them. I did enjoy the story you wrote. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
