I don't get the "actual story format" referrence.
If you're referring to the spacing, it's not my fault AFF can't handle simple paragraph indentation.
If you mean collating the chapters into a single story, well then crikey, I normally hit a dozen or so per publishing! From what I've gathered, chaptered submission are for those who write a screen or more in a sitting. Frankly, works > 15kb are worth their own entry, at least.
