Very good, indeed! :-D You've got the cant of their speech perfectly. At the start, I found this fic to be an amusing parody, but your fine writing gradually puilled me into the story. Never thought of a Hornblower/Pellew pairing, but it works. Well done! I see there's a sequel; can't wait to read it.
