Boxes filled the dinning room that had been converted into an office long ago, filled with ancient tomes about lore many had long since forgotten. The bookshelves once filled with such tomes where barren with nothing but the dust to show where the books had once sat.
A large young man, with shaggy blonde hair, picked up one of the tomes. With a sigh he whipped the dust off the jacket cover, before putting it back into the box. "Dean," he groaned. "I thought Bobby told you to whip them off before packing them up."
"I did, Sammy." Exclaimed a young man with rugged features, poking his head into the room from the kitchen.
Sam, the shaggy blonde held out the rag and another book. "No you didn't."
Dean frowned. "God, Sam you sound like a woman." He walked over to the fridge and pulled out two beers.
"No, its just..." Sam set the book into the box the rag on top. "I mean what if we have to dig these back out. Less chance of them being ruined when we need them."
Dean walked into the office and held the glass beer bottle to Sam. "I know, I can't wrap my head around it either." Dean sat down in front of the window seat. "This last year has been a busy one, I'm glad its over."
"That's just it Dean, something doesn't feel right." Sam opened the beer and too a drink. "Sure hunting has dwindled down to just pity theft, but ... I don't know."
Dean looked over at his younger brother concerned. He knew Sam only got this type of feeling when something big, and bad was about to happen. Secretly he hoped that this time, his brother would be right.

The door to the kitchen opened, followed by foot steps. An older shorter man stepped in eyeing the boys. "I thought you two where packing?" he asked accusingly.
"Just taking a much earned break, Bobby." Dean answered raising a toast to the older man.
"I see." Bobby glanced from Dean to Sam. "Well save your break something came up."
Dean was suddenly standing. "A hunt?" he asked almost hopeful.
"Sort of." Bobby said walking over to the desk in front of the fireplace, facing the kitchen.
"What do you mean 'sort of' Bobby?" Sam asked setting his beer onto the desk.
Bobby held out a manila envelope. "See for yourselves."
Sam took the envelope opening it, as Bobby picked up the beer and took a drink off of it. The contents of the envelope spilled into Sam's hand. A dark wooded rosary, a large white feather its core black, and a newspaper clippings about several children vanishing in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania.
"Yeah its a douse," Bobby held the beer in front of him as he watched Sam examine the clippings, handing them to his brother. "They all range from the ages of ten to sixteen."
"Except for one." Sam said handing the clipping over to Dean. A young woman with brunette hair smiled happily at the reader. "She's in her late twenties."
Bobby nodded. "Yep, the hunter in the area is stumped. Heard you boys where good and sent this to me." he took another swig of the beer.
Sam and Dean looked at once another, confused excited expressions on their faces.
"Well what are you waiting for," Bobby barked. "Get out of my office."
"Right." Sam gathered everything up and rushed out the door after Dean.
