Chapter 16 ATF and Gemma, and Clay
ATF Agent June Stahl is still in town looking into the club, plus the disappearance of her husband Josh, Stahl starts going after everyone associated with the club. Clay moved out of Gemma’s and into Cherry’s house after he and Gemma fought about her although he still sees Gemma at the shop he knows she is sleeping with Tig right now which makes him jealous, a lot of the time he stays at the clubhouse hoping Gemma will forgive him. The Feds raid Luanne’s studio finding some drugs so they arrest her, they go to the hospital take Tara in for questioning for the disappearance of Josh Kohn, June tells Tara that Josh is her husband she knows Tara was sleeping with him she wants to know where he is Tara said he told me he was going back to Chicago that’s the last I saw him besides I was sleeping with Kyle Hobart, David Hale, Clay Morrow and Jax Teller and none of them are missing. June goes and picks Cherry up next asking her if she knows anything about the club and what happened in Indian Hills she says she don’t know anything, she goes after Gemma next she says do you know what the club is into Gem says no, June ask her if she knows Cherry is sleeping with Clay Gem says yes and she is pregnant with his kid plus he slept with Tara to anything else you want to tell me, Stahl, she says no and lets her go, she goes and picks up Wendy who is at the hospital with Jax visiting their son she grabs both of them and takes them to the station puts them in separate rooms she starts with Wendy asking her if she knows anything about the club she says no then she brings up Wendy’s past drug use she says she is clean and has been for a couple years, do you know Jax is sleeping with Tara she says he is allowed to get oral sex from someone else that’s all Tara does to him no matter what she says Stahl asks her if she knows where Josh is Wendy says no I never met him, Stahl lets Wendy go as she goes after Jax she tells him she knows he had something to do with Josh missing because you threw him into a glass window and he stabbed you Jax tells her Josh pissed in his son's room and was taking pictures of all of us she said you weren't jealous he was screwing Tara, he says no Tara is a whore who would have sex with you if you asked. Donna tells her to get lost she has nothing to say and she doesn't know anything about the club. Stahl decides to go talk to David he says we escorted him out of town after he broke into Jax's house and stabbed him, asking David if he was jealous that Tara was sleeping with Kohn he says no Tara will sleep with anyone. Stahl brings Clay in again to ask the same questions he tells her yes he has sex with Tara no he don’t care who she has sex with because he has sex with other women. Clay calls church to discuss Luann’s arrest Unser is at the table he informs them she is trying to use Rico Act against them, Unser gets Jax in to tell Lu to make sure Otto knows what they are doing, as they leave Jax catches David with his head between Junes legs he leaves and goes back to the club.
