Juliette took Hannibal's arm and entwined it with her own. She could feel the defined muscle beneath that impressive tux he was wearing. They made their way out to the hedge maze that had been set up as an exhibit outside the museum.
"A Prima Donna that reads psychology journals. I am impressed."
"Well I have good reason. Before I dove head first into my opera singing endeavor, I was a psychologist."
Hannibal stopped and studied her. The was no way she was older than 30.
"Forgive me for asking, I know this is incredibly rude of me...but...."
"I'm 26, Dr. Lecter. I graduated from high school when I was 15, was offered a full ride scholarship to Oxford where I got my doctorate in Psychology. I started my own practice at 21. I decided a year ago I wanted to pursue my passion for opera and auditioned for the season. I still see a select few patients as my rehearsal schedule permits."
Hannibal was stunned. Not only was she beautiful but she was incredibly intelligent.
"Ms. DeLoncre I would be honored if you would join me for dinner tomorrow night after your performance. I have several new recipes I have been eager to make for someone. I think you would appreciate them. Culinary arts are somewhat a hobby of mine."
Juliette smiled and brushed a strand of hair back from her face. Her long pearl black nails shone in the bright light of the full moon. She was exquisite.
"I would love to join you Dr. Lecter. Please, call me Juliette."
"Of course Juliette. Please call me Hannibal."
