They had to do something to bring in the business.

After all, business had been way down since the latest set of catastrophes in Riverdale. People just didn't want to come and have a burger or take in dinner and a show with all the craziness that happens there. It's almost to the point that if they don't do something, they'd have to shut down. If they did that though, Percival would win. He'd get what he wanted when he drove them out of business. Everything else that they tried hadn't worked. They tried two for one deals. Buy a burger at Pop's and get free drinks from the Whyte Wyrm. Or vice versa, buy a drink and get a free burger. They tried family meals at a cheaper price. They even tried some crazy marketing campaigns like doing flash mobs in Pop's of what you could get at the Whyte Wyrm. Trying to create social media buzz didn't work either.

No matter what they tried, people wouldn't show up to either place. More and more people stopped coming despite the fact that so many other places to eat were shutting down or moving away. So they had to try something crazy. Something completely new and crazy to get people to come in the door and buy what they were selling. Which is when Toni suggested something that wasn't exactly new but definitely out there as an idea. It was pretty out there when it came right down to it but they had to keep the business going. Percival had some kind of nefarious plan for Pop's and it was only Toni and Tabitha who were standing in the way of that. So long as they kept him out, the plan wouldn't work. Which was Toni's ultimate goal.

Back before the Whyte Wyrm moved to be underneath Pop's, the bar was much more... adult, in the way it did things. The stage wasn't just used for karaoke and the occasional magic act or stand up routine for anyone brave enough to go up on stage. From time to time when business was slow, they would have some of their more... well endowed female Serpents could get on stage and dance for entertainment of anyone buying drinks or food. Other than Jughead and the gang anyway. They had to do something and it could actually work. Still, they didn't want to make it a regular feature of the place unless it worked. So instead they agreed to a one night performance at the Whyte Wyrm to see how people reacted.

They handed out flyers and told as many people as possible. Even got Jughead and their other friends to help put the word out. In exchange for getting a bit of a discount on admission for the night. They wanted to keep Percival out too and this could be a lot of fun.

And tonight was that night.

Tabitha looked over at Toni while they got ready for their performance. “What do you think?” Toni can't help but ask.

“Not quite.” suggests Toni.

Before Tabitha can ask what Toni means by that, the Serpent Queen crosses the short distance to their backstage dressing room. “We're going to have to improvise if we see an opportunity. I remember.” confirms Tabitha, making her own checks of her outfit.

“Great, then we're ready?” Toni says more as a statement than a question.

“Then we'll ever be.” answers Tabitha.

“Okay.”

Toni makes her way closer to where the backstage meets the entrance to it, signalling that they're ready. As she's doing this, Tabitha moves up herself, waiting for the final cue to begin. Both business owners don't have to wait long as the music starts playing over the Whyte Wyrm's speaker system. It has Toni and Tabitha looking at each other, slightly nervous looks on each of their faces while they wait.

“And now... for a special performance, two of the hottest, most powerful women in this town. Please welcome, Tabitha and Toni.” the announcer says over the dance music playing.

With that being their final cue, Toni steps forward and walks right through the curtain and onto the stage. Tabitha quickly follows behind to see that Toni has gotten into position on stage.
