Chapter 8 


Nick greeted Nat with a smile,then took her in the arms and kissed her very passionately. Nat wrapped her arms around his neck,running her hands through his golden lock while their kiss deepened. They're tongues started dueling and caressing each other's,Nick's hands moved up and down her back and Nat's were still running through his hair.

Nat was the first to end the kiss,leaning her forehead against his,trying to catch her breath. 

"If only I was greeted like that all the time." Nat whispered. 

Nick smiled and said. "Well,if you want,I'll greet you like that all the time." Nat looked at Nick,smiling and said. "I'd really love that Nick,I guess this makes you my boyfriend." She chucked. "Boyfriend, that sounds so high-school." 

Nick gave out a alittle giggle,leaning his head into her hair. "Boyfriend,I love the sound of that." He said as he started kissing her again. The sound of the bell on the microwave stopped the kiss becoming passionate again. 

"Oh,that would be one of your gourmet dinners ready." Nick led Nat to the kitchen where there was also a glass of wine waiting for her. "Thank you Nick,this is really sweet of you." Nat said,taking ahold of Nick's hand. "I thought you'd like dinner when you came home." 

Nat kissed the palm of his hand and Nick's fingers gently stroked her cheek. "I should let you eat,while I get something to eat myself." Nat sat down and started to eat while Nick went to the fridge to get another glass of blood wine and he downed it really quick. Nat started sipping her wine thinking about what would happen tonight,she finished her dinner,then got up to put her plate in the sink. Then went back to the table to her wine and went to sit on the couch.

Nick soon joined her out he couch,wrapped his arm around Nat's shoulder,bringing her closer to him and Nat put her hand on his chest. They didn't say anything for along time,both just relishing in each other's closeness and how their relationship was progressing the way it was,now they were officially a couple.

Nick was the first to talk. "Nat,I have a question for you?" Natalie looked at Nick,kinds shy and said "Let me guess,why am I still a virgin at this age?" 

"Not that there's anything wrong with wanting to wait but Nat,you're a very beautiful woman." Nick said. Nat gently kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you Nick. You don't know how much it means to me to know that you think I'm beautiful." She said with tears in her eyes and acouple broke free down her face. Nick kissed her tears away. "I've always thought you were
beautiful,Nat." 

Nat took a breath and continued. "I really wanted to wait for the right man to come around Nick. And plus,I was really busy with med school and work to meet anyone. Until,a certain someone entered my life six years ago by waking up on my table one night and I'm really glad he entered my life." 

Nat took a look at Nick,who had blood tears in his eyes. Nat gently kissed the corner of his eyes and Nick pulled Nat close to him,burying his face in her hair and whispered in her ear. "I love you so much,Nat." "And I love you too,Nicholas De Brabant. Nick felt his heart beat twice,he was so touched that Nat used his mortal name. It made him feel human.

Nat turned her head and tenderly started kissing his neck which got a mean out of Nick,who started kissing her neck back. Gently running his tongue around the vain in her neck,his hands moved to her shoulder's and removed her coat. Nat lifted his head up and kissed him very deeply,her tongue tracing his lips and his tongue touching hers.

Nat put her hand on Nick's face,to gently stop him. "Nick." "Yeah?" They're eyes locked,Nick noticed Nat looked alittle shy and nervous. "Nick,I really want to make love with you." Nick looked at her and asked "Are you sure?" Nat took his hand,intertwining their fingers. "I am more sure about this then anything in the world but there's something you should know." 

"And what's that?" She knew Nick would be shocked by this but hoped he would understand. "What you and I experienced that night,was the farthest I've been with a man. Nick was shocked. "Actually Nick,your the only man I've been intimate with at all." 

Nick's shock turned into overwhelming joy. "I'm really honored Nat. To be your first at everything." Nat smiled at him and pulled his head towards hers and kissed him again. 

"Nick,I want to go upstairs with you." Nick looked at the woman he is so in love with and said. "I want to go upstairs with you too." Nat got up off the couch first and extended her hand to Nick,who took it and stood up. They're fingers intertwined and Nick led them up to his room and he could feel that Nat was nervous and to tell the truth he was too.

Nat felt Nick's nervousness too and she smiled at that. They entered his bedroom that was lit with candles,Nick wanted this night to be romantic for the both of them. "This is beautiful Nick. And it's good to know I'm not the only one who is nervous."

Nick shyly smiled. "But it's ok,I like it Nick." She said. Her nervousness came at her full force. Nick could tell she was really nervous. 

"Nat,we don't have to do this if you don't want to." "No,it's just I didn't expect to be this nervous." said Nat,while trying to calm her nerves. Nat kissed,Nick very gently,running her hands up his shirt and started to undo the buttons,letting Nick know no matter how nervous she was,that her and Nick were going to make love that night.
