Kissing the moon

Prologue

He never let’s his guard down; that’s what they all think; but I know better. When he’s with me, I can see the fear reflecting in his eyes; the pain, the insecurity and most of all; the responsibility.
Since he was a little kid; he was trained to lead us; to protect and punish us; he was everything we were taught to be. Even when he leaded us out of hell; he kept the part of leader; no way he would let us down; he forced himself to look after each of us. He forgot the fact he was free; that he had the chance to start over; to live. He banished his own dreams; lying to himself to persuade us to do the same. He was never happy; never ever he believed there was such thing. No bond with anyone; no feelings or emotions. Until he tracked me down.
Of course I’m his little sister; just like Brin, Max, Tinga and Vada are; but that side of knowledge disappeared more and more. But let’s not go over board here, hmmm? I’ll start at the beginning; I think it was the beginning: maybe for him it was just the end of loneliness…
