Disclaimer: I don’t own Power Rangers. I just play here, because it’s fun!
AN: Here is a brand new Billy/Kat story. This begins during PriS. This story
will also fluctuate between first person and third person. You’ll understand
better as you read. Enjoy! The R rating is for later chapters.
Captive
Chapter 1
“How do I get myself into these kind of situations?”
Nearly a year ago, I was brought to Aquitar so they could cure me of my
rapid aging. The Aquitians were successful and I was more than ready to
return home. But one woman was determined that I never see the earth
again. On my short visit to the planet, Cestria had fallen madly in love with
me. However, I do not return her feelings. I may have gotten over my fear
of fish long ago, but I could never fall in love with someone who was a
descendent of the cold blooded animal. Nor could I ever call the cold,
sterile planet home. Plus, I am in love with another woman. One that
probably does not feel the same way, but my near death experience has
finally rewarded me with the courage to tell her how I feel; consequences
be damned. But Cestria fixed that for me. It all started when she began
begging me to stay with her. I refused of course, telling her how anxious I
was to get home. Unfortunately for me, Cestria will do anything to get what
she wants. I protested and tugged at the chains on my wrists, as Cestria
prepared to play a phony message to the rangers of earth that she had
made by piecing together fragments of my voice. As the ultimate torture,
she made me watch the reactions on my friends faces when they heard I
wasn’t coming home. I watched the reaction from the woman I loved, trying
to hold back the tears. Shock covered her face, before she turned away
from the viewing screen. Right then I knew that there might have been
something between us, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to earth. I can
anticipate your next puzzlement. The Aquitians are good people and they
would never let me be kept in such captivity. However, like in earthly
governments, there is corruption among the Aquitians. You see, Cestria is
the King’s daughter and in line to be queen someday. She always gets
what she wants, but she hasn’t got all of me yet. I have fought her despite
the beatings I receive for refusing her. But I am too stubborn and proud to
lie there and let her have her way with me. I hope and pray everyday that
my friends will wise up and come after me, though I know the chances of
that are slim. Going back to the corruption will explain much of my
situation. Delphine, Cestro and Aurico would like very much to help me.
But in doing so, they would forfeit their lives, for going against the royal
family is treason. I will not let them do that. Corcus has remained neutral
since I’m not really sure where he stands. Tideus however has come to
hate me. He is the one who gladly takes it upon himself to discipline me
when I refuse princess Cestria. He hates me because he is the one in love
with her. He can have her, because there is only one woman I’m in love
with. And now I’m sure you want to know just who it is, which brings me to
think of my female ranger friends.
Kimberly. True, I love Kim, but it is a sibling kind of love. Kim and I are very
close, almost as if we were meant to be twins. We’ve even been inside
each other’s bodies thanks to the malfunction of one of my inventions.
Trini. Despite many urges from my friends, Trini and I will always be
friends...and nothing more. She was a good friend and council and I love
her as a friend.
Aisha. I do admit that in the beginning of Aisha’s ranger days, there was a
small attraction between the two of us. But it was never more than that.
She was soon drifting toward Rocky and I was unconsciously drifting to
another woman.
Tanya. Tanya is a good friend, but she and I were never very close. Not
like I was close to the others. Plus, Adam has been taken with her since
the day he laid eyes on her.
Katherine. I let the name ring through my mind. I can almost smell her
perfume. I picture her beautiful face, her gorgeous flaxen hair and
captivating sapphire eyes that I love to get lost in. When she smiles at me I
feel my heart flutter. Yes, I am hopelessly and madly in love with Katherine
Lynn Hillard. I only hope that when and if I do finally make it back to earth,
it won’t be too late for us. This concludes my journal entry for today.
I finished writing and tucked the small notebook away, as I heard someone
approaching my cell.

I turned the key in the lock of the door to my loft before sliding the heavy
door open. I set my grocery bags on the counter, before sliding the door
shut and locking it. I start to put away my groceries, while my mind
wanders to everything that has happened in the last year. Six months ago,
my parents were killed in a plane crash. They had left everything to me and
made sure I would be well taken care of. But staying at the house that was
now mine was much too painful. I sold it and bought this loft four months
ago. I miss my parents terribly, but I am trying to move on with my life as I
know they would have wanted. Tommy and I have drifted apart, though he
was there for me when he could be. He is off at college and he e-mails
when he can. He also has an internship, though he is very mysterious
about it. We mutually decided to just be friends when we both realized we
were in love with other people. He of course is and always will be in love
with Kimberly, though I’m not sure if he’ll ever tell her that he still loves her.
As for me, I realized I was in love with this man after my parents died. I
realized it when I would cry for him, wishing he was there holding me. I
somehow believed that the pain would dull if I was in his arms and after
careful nudging from Tanya, I realized it. I imagine what it would be like to
be in his arms all the time. I used to hate when people would say “you
never know what you have until it’s gone.” Well...they’re bloody right,
because he was gone before I realized that I was in love with him. I sighed
and fantasized about what it would be like for us to live here together...
Kat’s fantasy
I giggled as he continued to tickle me. He closed the loft door behind us
and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind. I turned my head so
that he could kiss my lips. I moaned as he kissed me hungrily, before
moving down to my neck. I ran my fingers through his sandy blonde hair.
“I think we should move this upstairs,” he would whisper in my ear with a
husky tone. I turned and he lifted me into his arms before carrying up the
spiral staircase to the bedroom.
End fantasy
“I’ve got to stop doing that to myself,” I had to stop myself before the
fantasy went even further, though it was not unusual for it to keep going.
Yes, I Katherine Hillard have sexual fantasies. I’m 20 years old, it’s only
natural of course. I’m sure you’ve guessed by the sandy blonde hair that I
am in love with Billy Cranston. The tall, blonde, handsome genius who
walked out of my life without knowing how I truly felt. I’d like to think if he
did know that maybe there would be a chance for us. I sighed again and
picked up the phone to dial Tanya. She can always make me feel better,
especially since she is the only one that knows how I feel about him.

I practiced a kata that Tommy had taught me a couple years ago in the
confines of his cell. Over the last year, I’ve worked hard at my martial arts
since it keeps me busy. Otherwise, I would just sit around in the living cell
loathing Cestria’s frequent visits. Also, I trained hard in hopes of escaping
someday. And if I do, I need to be prepared to take on plenty of
adversaries. Of course, my idle mind often wanders to wonderful thoughts
of Katherine.
Billy’s fantasy
I kissed her relentlessly, letting my lips wander all over her body. I can
never get enough of the way she tastes.
“I love you Kat,”
“I love you too Billy. Make love to me,” she tells me, as she works me free
of my shirt. I captured her lips in another heated kiss, while I took her shirt
off and let my eyes rest on her bra covered breasts. Our kissing resumed,
as I lifted her into my arms and carried her to the bedroom.
End fantasy
I stopped the fantasy in my mind, before it went farther, as it had many
nights. I finished my kata and I groaned as I saw Cestria approaching my
cell.
Cestria watched him hungrily for a few minutes, before entering the cell.
Billy scowled at her before pulling his shirt on.
“Oh please, keep it off,” she said.
“In your dreams. So are you here to stare at me or just annoy me. Or
maybe both,” Billy said sarcastically.
“Sarcasm does not suit you Billy,” she replied.
“Neither do you and this planet,” Billy retorted.
“Get used to it, because you belong to me,” Cestria said, as she wrapped
her arms around his neck. Billy forced her away, which made Cestria mad.
“It looks like Tideus will have to pay you a little visit,” Cestria said.
“Tideus has to put me in chains because he can’t beat me in a fight
anymore,” Billy replied. Cestria huffed and stalked off. A few minutes later,
Delphine was next to visit.
“Hello William,” Delphine said.
“Hey Delphine,” Billy replied. Delphine looked around carefully and then
handed him his old communicator.
“What’s this for?” Billy asked.
“Cestro and I have equipped it to send a message to the Astro rangers.
They will be able to contact your friends on earth and they can come after
you,” Delphine whispered.
“But if I do that, Cestria will charge you and Cestro with treason,” Billy
whispered back.
“No, because it will appear as if you equipped the communicator to do this
yourself. We will not be implicated and you will be rescued. All you must do
is record your message and send it. I’ve already programmed the
frequency to reach the Astro Megaship,” Delphine said. Hope welled up
inside of Billy for the first time in a year.
“Thank you Delphine. I will repay you and Cestro for this someday,” Billy
replied.
“Your thanks is all we need William,” she said, before leaving quietly.
“I’m coming home Kat, I just hope it’s not too late for us,” Billy said, as he
pushed the button and recorded his message.

Hope you liked it! In the next chapter, the Astro rangers receive the
message and gather some of the former earth rangers. How will Kat react
when she finds out that Billy isn’t really in love with Cestria? Let’s just say
