This was a nice story, but it was *way* too short. It felt like it was piece of a longer chapter. I thi think that because you didn't use any names, it didn't feel like it was connected to the Andromeda universe. It could pretty much be applied to any fandom. Its the making of a great story, and I think if you flesh it out a little more, it would be really good.
